When you take a car into a shop you expect everything to be put back on the car that was removed. Unfortuatley, this was not the case with my son's Mazda Protege. they left one of two transmission mounting nuts off, left the entire protective cover off, when asked about it, he was sent to the mechanic who looked like a deer in the headlights and stated, "well, it stayed here a few days, I don't know if this is your part or not. As a single woman I have never been treated as an ignorant idiot or naive person here, but have been treated with the utmost respect from the gentlemen at this facility. The repairs are done RIGHT and the cost is more than reasonable. This quality and reliable service keeps me coming back again and again. I highly recommend Mike's Auto!
