Awful experience. He was rude and, for lack of a better word, a complete jackass. He went on and on about how he put up signs and painted on the spot I was parked at and that I should’ve gotten an email from my apartment complex. All this was true, but it was the morning AFTER my car was towed, so completely useless to me and besides the point. Knows the owner of Eastep Auto holders their customers payment to repo their vehicle. Told me I could pay at their yard but once I just paid my vehicle off was told I had to pay cash at the dealership. When I got there to pick my car up they said they only take cash for repo which seems a little shady to me. The owner friends have fraud going on with stealing peoples cars even after payment was received
