I took my vehicle in to this shop for repairs from Hurricane Michael. After patiently waiting 7mos for them to take my vehicle in, the nightmare started on May 15th 2019. The owner tried to return my vehicle 3 times only to inspect and find damage caused by this shop as well as hurricane damage not repaired as well as shoddy repairs. The 4th time the owner said it was ready was on July 8, 2020. I retrieved my vehicle. This process took 1yr and almost 2mos. Mike and his staff did a fantastic job on my Lincoln MKC, when I picked up my vehicle, I could not even tell where it was damaged and he surprised me and fixed my front lights where I hit a deer and didn’t even charge me, what a great surprise! The ladies in the front office and his auto body employees were all very professional. If you are in need of repairs, don’t hesitate to take it to Mike’s Auto Collision, you want be disappointed!
