We blew out our differential while traveling from Michigan hauling a camper. Mike got us right in on a Thursday afternoon and worked hard to get the parts the next day. He worked all day Friday on it and even agreed to come in on Saturday to finish it and meet me. He even gave me a lift to the Uhaul store where we had rented a truck. We're very glad we found him. I had a blow out and didn't feel comfortable changing to the spare. I called Mike's Auto and they told me it would be 1 hour before a truck could arrive. Within half an hour, Jacob rolled up. They could tow it for $120 or change to the spare for $65. I chose to use the spare. It was a good thing I didn't try to change it myself because my spare was flat. Jacob had a mini compressor on pumped it up. Jacob was very pleasant and got the job done quickly. I will call Mike's Auto next time I need road side services!
