Went in for a simple transmission service. Nothing wrong, just preventive maintenance. When all is said and done cost me 322 for just changing the fluid no filter change. Mike called to let me know they couldn't do the filter because it was internal. Im not an idiot, as I was told that is why it is expensive from the dealer, but I let that go. This shop is amazing. I now have a shop that I trust. My 2012 Hyundai has found her best friend with Mike. Thank you so much for fixing her and making her purr like a kitten.
We blew out our differential while traveling from Michigan hauling a camper. Mike got us right in on a Thursday afternoon and worked hard to get the parts the next day. He worked all day Friday on it and even agreed to come in on Saturday to finish it and meet me. He even gave me a lift to the Uhaul store where we had rented a truck. We're very glad we found him.
