Our truck has been there since last August and currently has a flat tire and is parked out back like an abandoned vehicle. About 6 weeks ago, we were told they’d know what’s wrong in a few days. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I do not know how they are still in business.

They do great work; never find other things wrong with your car just so they can make more money. They are very honest, hard working guys. I've been coming here for 13 years and never got ripped off or taken advantage of because I am a woman. They are also very friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to get ripped off then go to the dealers. Mile's Auto is the best around.
I've been taking my vehicles to Mike's since 2011. They are honest, fair priced, and stand behind their work. I'm 76 yrs old and highly recommend them.
We always get prompt service. They tell us exactly whats wrong and fix only that. Don't try to sell us things that don't need to be done.
Been calling for 2 weeks. Appreciate no one helping me.
