Waiting to go back again. Emblem put on crooked and door panel screw left protruding. Screw damaged the door seal. Been waiting for the parts to come in for 2 months!? Funny how after I call to check on what's going on that I'm given the "they should be here tomorrow" line, more like we forgot to order them. This makes it three times (once as Mike Rose and twice as Crash Champions) that I've had to bring back my vehicle for incomplete or incorrect repairs to this shop.
Crash Champions was great! I interacted with multiple people and everyone was friendly and professional. The service (both customer service and the bodywork done on my car) was excellent.
I was rear ended at a stoplight. Julio was fantastic!!! A rear sensor was not working. He went under the car and pushed the sensor back into the bumper and extensively tested it to make sure it was working again. This is a true blessing!

Sam is the advisor here and he was honestly great to work with. I don't usually write reviews, but his service made me want to go out of my way to leave one. He kept everything simple and straightforward. No pressure, no upselling!!!! just clear communication and solid customer service. He kept me updated and made sure I understood what was happening with my car the whole time. It's not easy finding people who actually care, but Sam definitely does. If you come here, ask for him. You'll be glad you did. thanks bro!
