Mike’s auto is wonderful. We started going to Mike’s when we needed to get our car inspected and it needed to be done quickly- they were kind enough to fit us into their schedule so we weren’t late on the inspection. Since then we have gone to Mike’s several times for a variety of services. They are always friendly, honest, and will help find options to make the repairs as affordable as possible. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are now our go-to place. I feel like I can trust them.
Made an appointment a day ahead for a DMV inspection. They were efficient and courteous, and I was out in under 40 minutes. Would trust them for service if I needed it.
The bad part of the Harlem River Drive took me OUT today and I ended up in an emergency about 10 miles from home. After a try to make it work, I ended up getting off at the 116th street exit and google pointed me to Mike's when I was looking for support. I came in very disoriented and scared after doing my best to get to somewhere safely; and Junior and Fatou took good care of me so I could eventually get home. I am very grateful.
