Mike's Appliance was referred to me by my warrant provider for my washing machine repairs. They sent a technicial who was googling what needed to be done and calling another technicial for help. Finanally he said it needed a part that had to be ordered and would come back in a week when part arrived. I called the office to let them know I needed this repair ASAP and offered to buy the part at Amazon who had it and delivered overnight. NOT military friendly/check out low Yelp, BBB, and Facebook reviews. Pay with credit card! Mike didn’t do an accurate assessment, missed three appointments, didn’t order all the parts and tried to blame me for his incompetence. I caught him telling his tech to do something shady so I recorded him. He called me back yelling accusations the next day. My credit card fought it out for four months and I got my $2K back from him. Thanks for the new fridge Mike!

Mike's Appliance was assigned to me by a warranty provider. An appointment was set up and I was told Mike's Appliance would call me a day before the appointment to tell me the approximate time a technician would come to my house for the service call. They never called. When I called them they would not provide me with a time, thus forcing me to spend the entire day at home waiting for the technician. Mike's Appliance told me the technician would call 30 minutes before arriving. The technician never called and never showed up... read more
