Tech came out today to inspect my dishwasher. He bent the bars that hold in the seal strip and marked it “personal damage” so now Samsung will not fix it or replace it even though I paid for extended protection plan. He should not have reported that I damaged it when he had to move them out of the way to send the pics in to Samsung
Our serviceman was Doug, such a nice gentleman, very good reasonable service!
