I’ve had great experiences with Mike’s Air over the previous two visits. A few years ago, they came out for an HVAC system inspection that I requested, didn’t charge me, and took the time to explain how my system was designed and installed by the builder. The honesty and helpfulness really stood out. Last week, Ryan came out to flush and clear a clogged primary drain line. Horrible. Called to make an appt and they told the morning of that they couldn’t make it and would come the next day. Today I am trying to get a hold of someone to confirm and they keep answering the phone and then hanging up on me immediately. Just completely ghosted me and wasted my time.

We called Mike's Air to investigate a strange smell and peeling paint around one of our vents. Raya was very kind and worked with our schedule and was prompt about following up with any changes or updates. On the day of inspection, Danny came out to check out the issue; he texted us 40 minutes before his arrival and was very prompt. Danny was really nice and shot straight with us. I have used Mike's Air a couple of times now to fix and maintenance our A/C units, we have an upstairs and downstairs. Professional service, show up on time, responds quickly, and very respectful. Andre is the expert who has come out to fix and service our units and we have always had good experience. Their pricing was reasonable and he did not try to upsell me or charge me for a bunch of things I didn't need. I would highly recommend them.

Mike’s air is excellent. Ryan came out and diagnosed the issue rapidly (other HVAC services could not figure out the problem) and had both the heating and air systems back in order in under an hour. Ryan also made sure to take the extra step with wiring and other minor fixes for us! The service was also done same-day from the initial callout - I am a customer for life and would highly recommend!
