Mike’s air is excellent. Ryan came out and diagnosed the issue rapidly (other HVAC services could not figure out the problem) and had both the heating and air systems back in order in under an hour. Ryan also made sure to take the extra step with wiring and other minor fixes for us! The service was also done same-day from the initial callout - I am a customer for life and would highly recommend!
I've worked with Andrew 3 times now on different issues with HVAC systems (2 at my home and 1 at a local business). He has been amazing in all 3, punctual, communicative, quick at his work, and most importantly, the result was perfect. He even gave me some suggestions on how to grow grapes in my yard :) I highly recommend Mike's Air and especially Andrew!
Incredible experience. Danny just left our place and was top notch. Can't recommend him enough. Our AC went out, so I reached out to Mike's Air late on a Sunday and they were able to make an appt. happen the next day. It was a 12-4 range, but I asked if he could come sooner as I had to be into work and he came a little before 11. Conscientious, helpful, honest...the guy was awesome. Andrew has been our technician for years. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. They are honest, kind and take care of us. They explain everything and never keep us guessing. They have the best prices and always show up. I would 100 percent recommend them.
After two unsuccessful visits from another company I called Mike's air. Should have done so FIRST. Ryan came and within 20 minutes he discovered the problem, resolved. Thank you!
