Worst customer service ever I have heard nothing from them since I sent back my bat a month ago and I had to pay for shipping would not recommend low-quality bats I don’t even think that Miken deserves one star and definitely not my business
Bought a Miken bat and it cracked. They shipped a replacement bat and that one broke right away. Talked to the warranty department and they said ship it back and we'll look at it. They unexpectedly sent it back with a letter stating it's not under warranty since I used the warranty already. A complete waste of time, money and misinformation by the warranty dept which is Easton Diamond Sports not Miken.
DO NOT BUY ANY BATS HERE…Sad story to a 4 months old bat that cost $200. Milne Corporate office said “sorry no Warranty”
