Mikella is a gem. When I came to her, my books were in a shambles. She worked for months to make them right, facing one unexpected disaster after another. Mikella has been a tremendous help in my private practice. I’m thankful to have had her services from the beginning of establishing my business. She communicates clearly, is knowledgeable, has created a simple system for cash flow, and is incredibly responsive. Would highly recommend!
I initially reached out to inquire about her services. She stated she was busy but encouraged me via email to schedule a consultation to see if we would be a good fit. She made assumptions about the services I was looking for and canceled the meeting she asked me to schedule. Wouldn't recommend. Just an update I received a nasty email calling me angry for sharing my experience and stating I traumatized her because of my 1 star review. She also called and left a voicemail at 8pm continuing to berate me. Use at your own risk
