i recently hired her to replace a long term CPA that had not been appropriately doing what he had been hired to do . My taxes and such where in shambles. i reached out to Mikella and she has been getting all my taxes, book keeping etc for my business back in order. Im very happy with her services and definitely recommend her
Mikella is a gem. When I came to her, my books were in a shambles. She worked for months to make them right, facing one unexpected disaster after another. She communicated with me throughout the process about what she was doing. And most importantly, she EXPLAINED what I needed to do on my end, what apps I needed and why, and how to get started with and maintain a workable, understandable system. Mikella has been a tremendous help in my private practice. I’m thankful to have had her services from the beginning of establishing my business. She communicates clearly, is knowledgeable, has created a simple system for cash flow, and is incredibly responsive. Would highly recommend!
I initially reached out to inquire about her services. She stated she was busy but encouraged me via email to schedule a consultation to see if we would be a good fit. She made assumptions about the services I was looking for and canceled the meeting she asked me to schedule. Wouldn't recommend. Just an update I received a nasty email calling me angry for sharing my experience and stating I traumatized her because of my 1 star review. She also called and left a voicemail at 8pm continuing to berate me. Use at your own risk
