Michael was great to work with! His pricing was fantastic, his crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves daily, and he even helped take care of following up with the inspector when there was a missing document. Made the process for me very easy and smooth.
If you are looking for a dependable contractor at a fair price, I highly recommend Mikeco Construction. Michael handled all the administrative details with the City and with the Earthquake Brace and Bolt website. He was there the entire time, either working alone or alongside other workers. He always showed up when he said he would, the job was finished on time and he left the place cleaner than how he found it.
A hidden gem in Castro Valley! Truly the best contractor in town, excellent quality and great pricing. Michael is the most responsive and knowledgeable person, I have worked with on a remodel.
