Mike W. was great! He was really well informed, easy to talk to, answered all our questions. When we ran into a few hiccups he was able to resolve them or provide solutions we could handle. The rest of the team was great too. Sorry I’m not on a first name basis with everyone else. But truly exceptional work!
Mike and Derrick at Intercap Lending were EXCELLENT to work with! We worked with them on a construction loan and then again on the refinance to our mortgage. The process was so easy.
