Jason Head was awesome! He arrived shortly after I received a text from Mike Williams explaining he would be there shortly and to verify I was home. Jason knows this system as he’s been here before. Quoted us astronomical price to replace a water heater!! Said we would have three options. Knock a hole in the wall, move gas and water lines or go tankless due to the small amount of space. Quites ranged from 3500 up to over 10k. Out of their minds!!! We got it done next day by Letterly plumbing out of Latham for a fraction of the cost quoted, no one had to knock out a wall or remove gas and water lines! What a joke!!!
