Bruce always does a great job, is cheerful and explains everything.
I enjoyed working with Bruce. He was very personal and professional. He does not meet a stranger. Knows his job well. He made an extra sell by asking me about my furnace filters. I had one left. Bruce had extras on his truck. So didn’t have to order any, I bought them from Bruce. Great conversation.
He was punctual, polite, and informative. He seemed to know what was needed and if he wasn't sure, he called to check with his supervisor.
