Ryan Drake is a very knowledgeable plumber, plus he takes the time to explain everything he is doing so I can understand it! I really enjoy his coming to check & repair all my plumbing issues! He explained everything he looked at today, step by step. In the future , if I need to call Mike Williams about the furnace, I will know just about to tell them instead of “it just stopped working.” Great stuff to know, thank you, Cole!
