Mike is AMAZING!! He has been on top of everything from day 1. Mike immediately replied when we had a multitude of broad range of questions, he's extremely good at his job, making sure that everything was done in a timely manner. He is kind, patient and also was compassionate while we dealt with a fur baby loss during escrow. Mike has made himself available at odd hours, such as very early morning and late evenings. Mike helped us find a home that we love. He was so patient with all of our questions as we figured out the area and assessed homes on the market. We were moving from out of the area and he made detailed narrated video tours, sometimes with funny asides. That helped us to decide when to jump in with an offer and an in person visit and when to pass. He is personable and well connected to help move the process forward.
Mike is the best! He walked us through each step of searching for and buying a house. He worked hard for us as clients and advocated for our best interest again and again. He’s reliable, communicative, honest, and a genuinely great person. I can’t recommend him enough!
I have had the pleasure of working with Mike 3 different times. Each of those transactions had nuanced details that Mike was so adept at navigating. He really looks out for his clients and brings a calm sense of reason when emotions run high. He also rolls up his sleeves and makes things happen in an above and beyond way.
