Great experience
I used to love Mike White. Bought my truck here and always bring it in for service. Last couple of years have had multiple issues with the service department. When we made the appointment for today's oil change and tire rotation we were told 30 minutes (we planned an hour). We are still here waiting.. over 2 hours and they don't know when it will be done. So we have now missed the appointment we had scheduled (am hour and a half after our scheduled appointment time at Mike White)
Cole, Carter, Dace and the team did a great job providing top quality service in a very friendly and professional manner!
Great experience buying our new truck
Our car had a recurring problem that dealers in Spokane and in Florida could not figure out. A service rep at Mike White named Christian really worked hard for us and finally figured out what was wrong. Equally important was that he explained the issue clearly and completely to us and offered more than one solution. The whole process took considerable time but he only charged us for the one-hour diagnosis fee. Big thanks to him and his team. I'll definitely come back to Mike White for future repairs.
