Greeted well and quickly. Super people to talk with.. know they're stuff. Cleaned up the verbage...lol
I had an excellent experience with Mike White Ford throughout the entire warranty and service process. Brent, Cole, Cooper, and Jared all went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and kept informed while my truck was being worked on. I bought the pictured truck in 2025 from Jon Carey who gave us an awesome experience. Their service is outstanding, Matt has been my service guy a few times, he’s knowledgeable and communicates very well, their sales team are rockstars, when looking for a vehicle, they gave me some pretty great options and ultimately found me what I was looking for. I made an service appointment for Friday 28th due to a sensor in my pick up, dropped it off Monday 24th, got a text they moved my appointment up to Wednesday 26th, got a text Tue... read more
Great experience
I used to love Mike White. Bought my truck here and always bring it in for service. Last couple of years have had multiple issues with the service department. When we made the appointment for today's oil change and tire rotation we were told 30 minutes (we planned an hour). We are still here waiting.. over 2 hours and they don't know when it will be done. So we have now missed the appointment we had scheduled (am hour and a half after our scheduled appointment time at Mike White)
