Mike and his team did a sterling job of taking out an existing combi boiler from a bedroom and installing a brand new one in our kitchen. It was a big job but Mike and his team carried it out with the utmost care and professionalism. I can't rate Mike and his team highly enough. I normally dread having work done on the house, but Mike and his team have been so professional, considerate and respectful that it hasn't been the slightest bit stressful. I've been comfortable to go out and leave them, and Mike has been so helpful is solving any glitches as they arise. Excellent service from start to finish from Mike West and his team of Heating Engineers/ Plumbers. We have had work done before from Mike with high standards of workmanship and didn't hesitate to ask for work to change our shower tray for a longer and more modern type.Also a Central Heating radiator was changed to a chrome type. Will not hesitate to ask Mike for any other work we need to be carried out in the future with a high workmanship and a fare price too.

Absolutely amazing , we had a whole new boiler system put in and can't thank Mike and his crew enough for making things so easy . Communication was easy and every single stage was on time and completed to a very high standard. All of the crew were professional and friendly and worked around us as we were working from home as well . Could not be happier . On a side note the quote was competitive and no hidden extras . We will definitely be having back for future work. A++
