I am a Hearing Provider in another location and called Lauren to ask some questions about the services they offer as I had a Walk in needing assistance with a hearing aid I cannot service. Lauren was very kind and knowledgeable. As Specialists sometimes there’s a negative competition to be THE BEST in this field. Given my interaction with her, I would say she is one of the best!
