I live in Florida, and recently purchased my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrofoglio through Mike Ward's. Jeff Myers was AMAZING at making the process go smoothly, and even had the car waiting and ready to go, so when I flew out; I literally picked up my keys and drove back to Florida. I've had more hassles purchasing cars locally. If you want a no hassle process buying your vehicle; then go see Jeff!!!!

I bought a Maserati Levante from Mike Ward. Larry Lueck, the representative, advised me that the car was in "mint" condition because he personally inspected it. It arrived to me with multiple scratches, some down to the metal and a very obvious ding on the side of the rear passenger door, It arrived without all the floor mats and the insert for the back hatch area was covered in scratches. Great service! Had a starter and battery replaced. I purchased the parts, Mike installed, I received a limited lifetime warranty on the starter from Auto Zone along with a limited lifetime warranty on the labor from Mike! Best service ever! Will hire again!

Excellent work! Had a starter replaced, I bought the part from AutoZone, got the best price possible and a lifetime warranty on the part from Autozone. Mike also matched the part store warranty on the labor!! So if anything ever goes wrong with the starter again for as long as I own the vehicle I have a lifetime labor and part warranty on my starter. Love this service!! Every shop I called told me they would only give me a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty. Got news for them..... I got a lifetime warranty on the part and the ... read more
