Dealing with Mike Varner Plumbing has been the worst experience ever,they installed a tank less water heater in my crawl space which they never should have done because they knew that the crawl space was prone to flooding during heavy rain and they also knew that we have a su.p pump in the crawl space.The first water heater was such a problem that they had to come out and reset or work on because we would go to get a shower and we wounded have any hot water or it would run hot then cold, could not run hot water anywhere else... read more
Mike Varner Plumbing does an outstanding job. They came to my rescue in a hurry. Very professional.
Definitely felt like we had been robbed! The problem was taken care of but the bill was absolutely ridiculous for the time that was spent to fix it and for the parts. Will not use this business again!! Ask for an itemized statement which was so vague it was useless.
