Worked with MVP for years as an electrician. Recommend them to my mother in law as she was moving and needed some things repaired. Toilet seal etc.. one of the toilet flush valves. One of the young men (owners nephew) was repremanded by his boss for unprofessional behavior.... toilet seal is still leaking, upon bringing out another plumber, we see there is still a leak, and had to pay 70$ for a new flush valve. Dealing with Mike Varner Plumbing has been the worst experience ever,they installed a tank less water heater in my crawl space which they never should have done because they knew that the crawl space was prone to flooding during heavy rain and they also knew that we have a su.p pump in the crawl space.The first water heater was such a problem that they had to come out and reset or work on because we would go to get a shower and we wounded have any hot water or it would run hot then cold, could not run hot water anywhere else... read more
Mike Varner Plumbing does an outstanding job. They came to my rescue in a hurry. Very professional.
Definitely felt like we had been robbed! The problem was taken care of but the bill was absolutely ridiculous for the time that was spent to fix it and for the parts. Will not use this business again!! Ask for an itemized statement which was so vague it was useless.
