My husband and I purchased a 2025 Ram, Laramie yesterday from Mountain Valley Motors. Dylan and Tony were the salesmen- Alfonzo was the sales manager- Tina was the Finance officer. We have purchased many vehicles in our lifetime. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They were not pushy in any way. No response or confirmation of estimate for warranty paint repair being sent to Hyundai for approval back in Mid July 2025! So rude and unprofessional. I need this approved and defects repaired!!

I traveled from Charleston to go to this dealership for an oil change, tire rotation, speaker noise and roll bar item loose. They did the oil change and tire rotation. The speaker still has something in it - 2nd attempt at repair and they added a piece of velcro to hold down this thing on the roll bar which separated on the way home. To top it off they didn't even have me in the wave program when I bought the jeep there

Louie has been the absolute best. Keeping in contact with us throughout the whole process and making sure we got everything we needed and wanted. We did a lot of customization to the truck with the initial sale and he helped ease the complexity of doing all of that acting as a go between and also helping with recommendations/questions.
