Connie in Paris was ever so pleasant and helpful. Josh the service writer was also very pleasant and thorough in addressing my warranty needs. He provided outstanding customer service, responding by phone or text to my questions. The tech who worked on my van was professional, completing the repair without leaving a trace. And naturally after the repair my awning worked flawlessly.
We recently purchased a used Tiffin Phaeton from Mike Thompsons in Colton California. From the start, Tomas, our salesman was great! Jorge the sales manager was also helpful as was Doug Baker. There were several issues that are always inevitable when buying an RV ,however they have taken care of us and we are extremely happy with our new Tiffin. Jerry Lloyd, the service manager has been exceptional, and we cant thank him enough for the time and effort he has given to ensure we are good to go with our new RV!

Went to purchase brakes and Connie was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us in everything we needed with our toy hauler. As long as she's there Mike Thompson's RV has a customer with us.. I will always come back where GREAT customer service is found !!!
