Emilio is top notch when it comes to customer service. With his personability, he keeps in communication, and actually makes you feel heard. If you call, he answers, and if there’s an issue, he takes care of it. After all the problems I had dealing with a different dealer, Emilio made sure I was taken care of. Fernando, his tech, worked on my trailer and made sure it was in better shape than when I brought it in. Greased up and ready to go! Really appreciate you guys. Thank you Emilio and Fernando!
I was having problems with my trailer’s solar/inverter system that I bought originally from Mike Thompson RV. Although they were not able to upgrade me for free, they totally hooked me up and upgraded me to a way superior system for a fraction of the cost, along with a handful of other repairs such as breaks, slide out issues and molding. I brought in my Brinkley fifth wheel for service. My service advisor Jessica was very friendly and provided good customer service. She provided me with constant updates on my RV and even sent progress pictures which was greatly appreciated! The work was completed sooner than I expected, and the technicians did a great job. I highly recommend!

Everybody was very helpful. Jerry helped us with everything and the staff did a good job on our RV. We are very happy and thankful for everything you guys do.
