After several communications with the service department a resolution to our RV frame problem was determined. I'm very happy with the frame repair.
New MTRV customers here! We purchased a house battery for our Sprintervan 3500 and Josh Musgrave was our service advisor. He was great during the process of finding this rare battery and ordering it. Today it was installed and Josh was thorough with explaining the details of how to best preserve the life of a new battery all the way to answering other questions about our rig. Very generous with his time. We definitely recommend Josh at MTRV for all your RV service needs. He’s extremely knowledgeable. :)
I had an excellent experience at Mike Thompson RV in Colton, CA. While dry camping in Cabazon, I realized my converter had an issue. Coach-Net set me up with an appointment the next morning, and upon arrival, I was greeted by Jerry, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. As a full-time RVer, I wasn’t prepared to leave my RV overnight, assuming they had the part in stock.
