I had the experience of working with Neil Johnson as a customer prior to his current position as Service Center Manager for Mike Thompson RV Center in Colton Ca. Just recently when I called Neil with an issue I was having with my RV he immediately booked me an appointment in a timely manner and set me up with Jerry a customer service center associate . Slide out needed repair. Some parts had to be fabricated by the manufacturer. Service department did great job of fit and finish. Custom work.
My new tiffin motorhome was dropped off for warranty repairs. Work was done satisfactorly. Jessica in service was a big help. Also the I had an issue with the previous service and the Service Manager took care of it with a smile. Thank you.
