David is always so helpful as we first time RV owners learn the joys of a rig. I appreciate his honest feedback. Disappointed we paid for the warranty as it seems whatever goes wrong isn’t covered but not his fault.

Brought my RV in for some maintenance. Oil change, brake inspection, slide out maintenance and a few other things. They were able to complete all items in the timeframe promised. My service rep Josh Musgrave kept me posted the entire time. Answered all my questions, very friendly, very professional a great asset to the team! Even did a little extra and went above and beyond. Highly recommend the Thompson RV, Colton team.
The work performed was excellently done. The price was outstanding. The representative, Jerry, handled everything perfectly. The coach was ready in a very reasonable time. This is the 2nd time I have worked with Jerry and I’m completely happy with him, his knowledge, his communication and his attitude, outstanding.
After several communications with the service department a resolution to our RV frame problem was determined. I'm very happy with the frame repair.
