In Feb.2012, I brought my motorhome to Mike Thompson RV in Colton for a insurance claim. My insurance adjuster from Geico recommnded their work. It was the biggest mistake I ever made in my life. In July 2013, I noticed a 3-4' crack across the area where the repair was done. I brought my RV back in and talked to my original service writer, Terry. After many months of on-line shopping and many weeks of going to look at RV's on sales lots, we happened upon Mike Thompson in Colton after specificaly driving out there to visit their neighbor next door (we didn't realize the two were right next door), we left the other lot after looking at a few trailers and no sales person in site to ask questions (they apparently were all in Pomona at an RV show - bad planning if you ask me).
