Mike Thompson's helped me out – I was in So Cal last week and my coach broke down. I took it to them expecting to get blown off. The got me into the shop and back on the road quickly. I would strongly reccomend them.
Really Good Service – I was trying to leave on vacation with my Pace Arrow last friday afternoon. The refrigerator stopped working. I took it into Mike Thompsons at 3:00 that afternoon. They stayed late and saved my trip.
Mike Thompson's RV Service – I purchased my coach from Mike Thompson's RV. I have been very happy with all aspects of the deal. The Sales People were freindly and the Service Department has been helpful. RVs aren't always perfect but they do a really great job of trying to make it right.
Bad Service – We had our RV in for service twice for warranty work. Nothing was done the first time except repairing the bathroom door handle. It broke again within 1 day. We just picked up the RV today after leaving it there for 8 days; this time nothing was done at all, even though we were told repairs were made. The service department would not return our calls. Don't take your RV in to them, find another dealer with credibility.
