“Beware” After a month of research, I ended up making the biggest mistake, I chose a 2023 Wayfarer 25RW Tiffin motorhome from Mike Thompson Rv. I bought a Keystone cougar halfton 5th wheel from this place in 2020. I have had nothing but problems with it from day 1. I bought the extended warranty thinking that would be better. All the problems that I have had and Mike Thompson RV would not help with finding a dealership that would work on it. They are 10 hours away from me so to bring it in to them every time something went wrong would be ridiculous. Keystone is no better. They put out a inferior product and have bad customer service. Service department promise you to fix items and get things done and it took almost 5 months to get it done, this is on a brand new grand design momentum...also did not received what was promised...
I would never buy from these guys. I made a deal at the RV show in Fontana. Went to show on the first Friday and they SUPER low balled me on my trade. Whatever. I sold it for $8000 more 2 days later. Went back to give deposit on toy hauler next weekend as we were ordering it from the factory through them. Was told they were too busy and to come to dealer in Colton during the next week. What? 1/2019 Water got in my trailer via window or roof on a 2018 toy hauler, on the other side I had damage on the awning and asked them to get me a quote on it. I waited 2 weeks to get in by appointment. 1/23/2019 Got in. Service advisor said all of the awning needs to be replaced will have to get a quote to replace it, water leak starts at $169 to look in to and spray it with a hose to try to find the leak and will call you back. 1/31/2019 no call form Service Dept. so I called them since it has been raining “Oh we found t... read more
