Mike was very precise at fixing our sink.
I called to ask if he was available for an emergency service as I ran into some plumbing issues during a bathroom remodel. He rudely stated, "I'm Mike the Plumber, not Mike's emergency service." He went on to explain that he is booked until September and only does projects where he supplies everything. Bad first impression with his rude comment!
Trustworthy and honest plumber.
This guy baffled me even before I could become his customer. He explained to me that he doesn't just work for someone, and that he would only agree to work for someone who purchased their plumbing materials through him. He was nice enough to give me a referral to someone else. I've never had such a weird encounter while trying to hire someone.
