Mike was a pleasure to work with. He's got tremendous expertise and knowledge. He's a real pro in every way. He's a good communicator, does what he says he'll do and doesn't over charge. But most of all he is a stellar individual. I wouldn't trust anybody else to do the job.
Bought a new gas cooktop and needed a gasfitter to turn off the gas to remove the old one and then return to turn gas back on when the new one came. Mike gave me a whole lot more...he warned me that standard cooktops often don't fit exact and I should dry fit the new one before he came so neither one of us wasted our time. He came back on a Saturday AM when my new cooktop arrived too late the day before so I wasn't without my cooktop for the weekend. He labelled my gas lines too. And I learned a thing or two. Had an excellent experience with Mike, getting a new gas line installed between my barbecue and utility room. Mike was incredibly easy to work with, was able to complete the job on only two days advance notice, and his pricing is among the best in the city! Not only that, he referred me to a local business where I got a new barbecue, and because of his referral I got a discount on assembly and delivery. Couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.
Mike is everything you want in a service provider - extremely responsive, keen to do the work, prompt, and executes flawlessly. Mike - you should be teaching at a business school.
