For many years we had a great relationship with this office, they covered 2 cars, 1 motorcycle, and our home. We moved in September of 2023 and they insured our new home. During the initial inspection, which occurs AFTER we are already in the home, their inspector informed us we needed to replace the roof or they will not renew our policy at the end of 2024.
