Called to check the availability of a specific truck showed to be on site on the website. Made an appointment to drive a specific truck. Showed up an hour drive from my home and they did not even have that type truck on the lot. UNPROFESSIONAL

I wouldn’t purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Their advertised price on a 2023 Ford Bronco went up $5,842 over the course of a 2 hour negotiation. They didn’t advertise that they only sell vehicles if you purchase their extended warranty, financing, and other charges. Enrique (Ricky) kept going back to his “Manager” and coming back with a higher price than he had given me before.
