Mike was outstanding to work with when buying our first home. He made sure we understood every step of the process and he submitted all paperwork in a timely fashion. At one point, our appraisal came in below the agreed upon price due to a lull in the market and we were not going to be able to make up the difference. But he was able to get us a second appraisal during a stronger market period and we were able to secure the loan to complete the deal
