This shop damaged my airbag system when installing a heater core that went out in my truck. Unwilling to fix damage and does not return phone calls. Inexperienced mechanics who only know the basics. Their main catch phrase is they are not sure how to diagnose. Heard it many times. I now have a blinking airbag light that won't go away. Will cost me alot of money to fix.
I am very disappointed with the service I received it. I brought my car in to have the heating system fixed, but the job was not done correctly from the beginning. Because of this, we had to go back and forth for almost two weeks. During this time, we also had to keep calling to ask about the status of the car instead of being updated. This situation caused a lot of inconvenience later and wasted time. If you want a good mechanic to fix your vehicle you should not bring it to this place. My experience was very disappointing.
We use Mike Tate’s for all of our car maintenance and they are always honest, thorough, efficient, and fairly priced. They totally saved me when my battery died just as I was leaving work- I was able to start the car and get there just 15mins before closing and left with my new battery. Without them the rest of the week would have been a nightmare! Thank you!!
I have used this place several times for small things. So far my car has not needed any major repairs but when it does, I will get them done here. They seem very trustworthy and not too expensive. They are friendly. I have to wait for my repairs to get done and the waiting room is comfortable.
