I just want to say how helpful and knowledgeable the staff at Mike Stasko's Agency is and have been throughout the years. I have had my insurance with his agency since I was in my early 20's and have always had great service from the staff. I want to especially thank Debbie for her patience, understanding and expertise. It has been a real pleasure to have the Mike Stasko Office of State Farm in Batavia be my representative for many years. The courteous, knowledgeable, and professional service staff is something to take note of and they have always volunteered to 'go the extra mile' with regard to doing all that they can on the behalf of the client. Do not trust this company. Clerical errors caused my insurance to laps. Nothing bad happened but it happened twice. When it happened a second time I was lied to about the cause. I asked to be transferred to a different agent and they have not done so. Stay away from these people!
