Kristin was very helpful as we were changing our ownership group and required a new policy which we then looked at our needs and determined we could save a significant amount by making some changes. The coverage we received from the company for a water leak a couple of years ago was outstanding especially given we are from Canada and we’re not on site through the renovation process.
