I contacted this law firm October 26 after a slip and fallen in elevator. I was told by the attorney and the paralegal that they had everything they needed. They were just going to compile the file for the attorney to review and sign off on that was in November. DON'T EVER, EVER, EVER use this law firm. They do not communicate with their clients. You are left wondering what is going on with your case. Attorneys are never available to speak with. You have to go through the customer service representative to relay your concerns. I hope that I never have the need for an attorney, but if I do one for certain and two things for sure it will not be this law firm.
Oh, and by the way, they were supposed to be paying $126.13 left over from my accident. These jokers still refused to pay. They are sorry guys do not trust this firm at all.
This is the sorriest law firm ever. I was switched off to two different lawyers and I still did not receive a good amount. I am still paying my bills that the lawyers did not pay. This is a law firm. That is a complete joke. Do not use this firm at all. Mike Slocum talk a lot of trash but talk is cheap. And so is his firm.
My experience with MIKE SLOCUMB LAW FIRM WAS HORRIBLE. PLEASE DONT USE THEM AS YOUR LAWYERS. FOR ANY KIND OF ACCIDENT CLAIM THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT YOU, YOUR LIFE OR YOUR WELL BEING. THE LAWYER THAT WAS PUT ON MY CASE WAS THE MOST UNCARING, DECEITFUL LAWYER THAT IVE EVER HAD AND HER ASSISTANT WAS CONSTANTLY RUDE TO ME AND CONDESCENDING.
The worst experience ever.(DC Firm) The 1 star is for the settlement. Communication horrible. Slow progress. I came to them after I had done everything. My settlement check was issued by the other company on the 12th of a month . It took nearly 3 weeks before the Slocumb firm issued my payment. My contact Atty Ms. Pena was initially cordial, professional etc. Once I started making calls and complaining about misinformation and dates, her cordial etc went out the window.
