If I could give zero stars I would, I have auto insurance using geico and my car got impounded even though I have auto payment turned on and then the day after I get my car outta impounded they take $360 out of my account this is absolutely ridiculous, I will NEVER be using geico again.
We filed a claim online a month ago and the agent just wanted more time!! Very bad customer service, long wait if you need to speak with customer service. Payments jumped to more than double without giving us any notice. It just horrible
Justin made sure everything was explained completely to where I can understand everything. Very patient guy made sure he showed me all my other options that I could possibly have, to have the best rate possible. He went through the policy with ease
Most horrible insurance company!!! Too many mistakes!! Every month was a different higher price!!!! 🤬🤬 I WILL NEVER REFER ANY ONE TO THIS TRASH !!! BEWARE BUYERS!!!!
