We took my car here for it's routine service and told them my coolant light was coming on so to check it and make sure it is ok. When my husband picked up the car he asked if everything was OK with the coolant and they said yes giving us the paper work stating it was all good and topped off. Good service, but pretty slow.
Brought my car in for an oil change and some repairs, was told they diagnosed the problem and repaired it for 1,200. I get the car back and items were stolen out of it, Check engine light comes on 2 days later again and car still has same problems. Stay away from Toyota repairs, they make good cars but have no idea how to maintain or repair them. Most of the service reps seem great but avoid Alexis she will scam and outright lie to you.
