Brought my car in for an oil change and some repairs, was told they diagnosed the problem and repaired it for 1,200. I get the car back and items were stolen out of it, Check engine light comes on 2 days later again and car still has same problems. Stay away from Toyota repairs, they make good cars but have no idea how to maintain or repair them. Most of the service reps seem great but avoid Alexis she will scam and outright lie to you.

Had a really great experience here, JP was helping me throughout the process of the repairs for my vheicle which ended up being much more extensive then I imagined. I appreciated all the help, the job was seamless and they took care of everything and kept me updated throughout the process.

Hope you like waiting. I've been sitting in their waiting room for 4 hours now to get an oil change and alignment. I'm seriously considering asking for a refund on my prepaid maintenance package. Half a day for something that doesn't take more than an hour to actually do is a just a little excessive to say the least. Over an hour and a half being told "they are working on it" while staring at my vehicle parked in the lot clearly not being worked on was icing on the cake.
