Dominic Daniel made a HUGE difference for me and my Subaru service experience. First, another gentleman assisted me as soon as I exited my vehicle. He told me Dominic would be helping me today but was currently busy. He then got my information and offered me a car wash- that has never happened before! Bittersweet day today. But the staff at Subaru never fails to go above and beyond. My family bought a Forrester here 17 years ago. All the services were done at Mike Shaw and we NEVER had a bad experience. Everybody here is wonderful and always a pleasure to speak with. Today it came full circle as it was time to say sell the Forester back to them. The sales rep I was working with today, her name was Faith - she was awesome!!!
