Absolutely horrible customer service from Marcus in the service department. I truly thought after reading reviews for this location on 104th that it would be safe to take a vehicle here. I can’t get any response from Marcus I have left several messages for a manager to call me and NOTHING!!! I will definitely not use this location again. This may not be the type of service all receive here but if your service assistant assigned to you is named Marcus Please do your self a favor and request someone different!

Got an oil change and tire rotation. Service was great and we had a coupon so great deal as well. They’re always very communicative and helpful.
