My car, dog and I all had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and gave Daryl lots of attention. Their waiting space has lots of room and a business area. Ean and Kathy helped me out and were awesome! This was my first time at this Subaru and plan to make them my service go to. Update: I just got my car serviced again and it was great! Drew Van Hees helped me out this time and made sure I knew what my car needs. Another great visit for my dog and me!

I had a great experience at Mike Shaw Subaru today for service with Aidan. The facility immediately stood out as clean, updated, and easy to navigate, and I was warmly greeted by both the sales and service staff. My appointment took longer than anticipated, but Aidan was very communicative about the delays, which I really appreciated.
