I am new to the Corpus area and was looking for Mike Shaw Toyota. I had a terrible experience at AutoNation and wanted a different service dealer. I pulled into Mike Shaw Kia and mentioned I couldn't get my Samsung phone GPS to work on my new Land Cruiser. E.J. took the time to see if he could help and he was successful! Parts dept has a guy that sits at the desk typing on the computer who is pissed off if interrupted by a customer. Good luck getting this guy to assist you without attitude or a disgusted demeanor because he had to look away from his pile of papers and computer to replace a key fob battery or look up a part. Service department will not answer phone calls and if you get lucky after calling for the 7th time in a day (not exaggerating) and you get a person and not voicemail…the reply to your question will be curt and vague, then... read more

In order to get a car that was just bought there looked at to determine what is wrong with the vehicle, they want to hold it for 5-7 days and will not provide a rental. 5-7 days without a car. In what world is that a feasible option. Big regret buying a Kia and from this area.
terrible place. i dropped my car off about a month ago because the AC stopped working. they returned it to me a week later. the AC still wasn’t working, so i took it back. again. now, it’s been about two weeks and they still haven’t started working on my car. should’ve never bought a kia.
