PART 1. Don't understand. Oil change is scheduled for 10:15 am. We get there on time. Why does it take 3 to 4 hours? We've been waiting 3 1/2 hours & they still haven't started on our vehicle. What's the purpose of an appointment? Frustrating & disappointed. PART 2. Its now going on 5 damn hours just for an oil change. I am new to the Corpus area and was looking for Mike Shaw Toyota. I had a terrible experience at AutoNation and wanted a different service dealer. I pulled into Mike Shaw Kia and mentioned I couldn't get my Samsung phone GPS to work on my new Land Cruiser. E.J. took the time to see if he could help and he was successful! This was after many attempts from other service guys and friends AND watching how to videos. That was excellent service and didn't make this ol lady feel bad about not making it work.
