Good service and people
PART 1. Don't understand. Oil change is scheduled for 10:15 am. We get there on time. Why does it take 3 to 4 hours? We've been waiting 3 1/2 hours & they still haven't started on our vehicle. What's the purpose of an appointment? Frustrating & disappointed. PART 2. Its now going on 5 damn hours just for an oil change. We scheduled for 10:00 am which was only to get in line in which they did not tell us that. They did say it will be a 2 hour wait. but they OVER BOOKED!!! its going on 5 HOURS!!!
