I had been searching for a manufactured home I knew not to go to Clayton so I decided to try Timberline and Atkinson ( no help at all) on our way from Walmart my sister and I stopped to see Mike and learned he had passed away We met Suzy!!!!!! If you are looking for a good price on a decent used Mobile Home or looking for a new one, I recommend Mike Sells Homes!! We looked on nearly every lot from Anniston to Huntsville... He is the ONLY one that kept his word and told us what we could and couldn't do as far as financing, finding a mobile home in our price range etc. . . Not many honest people left out here!! Purchased a home from him and was told the entire process would take 2 to 4 weeks, and should have the home a couple days after closing. It's been 2 MONTHS since closing and between Mike and his mover Tracy jerking me around and just flat out lying I have no idea when I can expect my home. Mike says should be next week, Tracy says at least 8 MORE weeks and I'm just stuck. Neither of them a man of their word. I don't even know how he stays in business.
Have not bought anything yet, but seems like they do nice work
