Called at 330 pm with a plumbing emergency at my home. When I called they said they were to busy for an emergency service call
Edited my review. We had somebody show up today, and they fixed everything quickly. The resolution offered to make up for yesterday was excellent, and we really appreciate the effort to make it right.

I recently used Mikes Scott Plumbing for an outside clean-out pipe. I could not be happier! They were prompt and professional. I called in a crisis and they came to my rescue. Our home was under warranty. Their team came out in December to make a repair on the toilet that was leaking (meaning it leaks internally and the toilet has to refill). They told me they fixed it. In January I noticed it leaking again. I called and Kevin got involved and they agreed to fix it even though it was past warranty. I appreciate their professionalism.
