Always have had a pleasant experience with Mike Scott Plumbing. We are very pleased with our new hot water heater from our current service call today, and in the past we have always had great, fast, professional service. Would highly recommend!
Technician and trainee were very quick, efficient and competent.
I purchased a generic toilet repair kit at Lowe’s that didn’t work. Mike Scott repair man couldn’t fix it and recommended a genuine Kohler kit. I bought one and still couldn’t attach it properly. Second repair guy fixed it and didn’t charge another $75 service call.
