Had a septic back up at 9am on a saturday. Called many places, but Mike Scott Plumbing call me back within 15 minutes. Gave me a text time of between 2-6. Communication was great.. notified me when tech was on the way. Showed up at 3pm. After preping the yard, actual pump time was 20 minutes. Yard was cleaned up, and we have a bathroom again!
Another company did my septic and messed it up, would not warranty it. Mike Scott came in and fixed it at a great price and have not had an issue since! Dana was amazing and walked me through everything and was so helpful! Will be using them for any future issues!
