Worst ever. I will return to this review and add details. Unethical. Dishonest. And more. But I would also recommend against American Family. If you actually expect your home to be properly insured and to be able to recover your losses after a catastrophe, you don't want American Family. They charge premiums on an inflated replacement value (example: I paid $50,000 for my house years ago; replacement value on my insurance used to be $260,000. They finally lowered it to $181,000).
