One time I had a van repaired there and they told me it was ready so I pulled it out and started down the road home and the wheel came off. They had forgot to bolt it on. Then when I had it towed right back they tried to sell me another wheel to replace the one that was damaged by their incompetence. I eventually got over that episode enough to take our family car in for some minor issues(lived near there for 18 years).
