Had a truly wonderful experience with the purchase of my first Subaru. Liana was personable, professional, and knowledgeable, She even took the time to send me a video of my car before I went and test drove it. I highly recommend Rairdon’s Subaru of Auburn.
Service dept is the best. Always courteous and helpful. Would definitely continue going to them to service my vehicle. Update 7/23/26 I’ve continued to use Rairdon’s Subaru and am always satisfied with the service. I have 3 Subarus that I take here and always feel I get the straight story and no unnecessary upsell. The service managers are great but I personally only work with Logan. I feel he’s always on my side which can be rare in the auto service industry. I will continue to bring my vehicles here.

Moved to the area about 2 years ago and started taking my 2018 Crosstrek in. Nazar and Felipe but really the whole team in the service department always made sure to get me in and out as seemlessly as possible. I appreciate the respect they had for my time, my budget, and making sure I was taken care of to even get a loaner or shuttle me around as needed!
