I am so glad my husband and I worked with Mike to get our new apartment. We had some special requests for our prospective landlord and Mike negotiated very fairly for both sides. He really went to bat for us and made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. He is responsive, knowledgable and willing to help however he can. I would work with Mike again, and I highly recommend him.

I needed to find an apartment in short order and Mike was very helpful in working with the Landlord and I to get the process to completion as quickly as possible. He was very transparent and responsive. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment.

This was a great experience for our family, our daughter moved to NYC and needed to find suitable living quarters. Mike came referred to us and after conversing, we both agreed that this was a good fit on both sides. Mike discussed what her needs were in terms of Price, location, safety, commute times to and from work.
