It was a wonderful experience.....The surgery was pain free...I was told everything in advance....No detail was left out..Dr. Shin gave me peace of mind....Also to his wonderful staff, Thank you

Mike Shin is cool. All the women that work here are a waste of time! They give you the run around and don't help you out. Not helpful even if your life depended on it! Don't hold your breath waiting on them to care!! They're making everybody look bad here. They don't even deserve one star!! Needs smarter people working in the front, or just new staff all together. Good luck! 👌🏼
Good doctor
I had an appointment this morning for my 10 month post op visit for nerve damage from my surgery. I have never been late or cancelled. I live over an hour away. This morning (1-24-2020) I got up and we were under a dense fog advisory with 0.0 visibility. I called at 8 am to reschedule and the receptionist was rude stating that she didn’t care why I was cancelling, I would pay a $25 late cancellation fee.
