He came tested an outlet said it has power and it’s good then goes to breaker doesn’t test the breakers just the wires at the bottom. Then says breakers are all good problem is in the walls. I call another electrician he comes and says the outlet in the kitchens fuse blew so it couldn’t give power to any other circuit forward from thag outlet once outlet was replaced problems were fixed. If you don't want to lose $125 for no reason don't call this service under HSA, he always is going to say "your problem is not covered by the warranty home no matter what is the issue"
My home warranty company, HSA, sent Mike’s electrical to my home for an issue regarding several outlets suddenly not working. Mike came to my home and said that he could Not determine why the power wasn’t working. He said that an access would need to be provided in the ceiling, but did not say where or how large. 10 phone calls later to HSA, I am still being told that I need to provide an access in the ceiling and the wall, But have been provided no indication as to where exactly or how large. My home warranty company, HSA, connected me with this company for an electrical issue with the outlet to my dryer. My dryer was tumbling but not heating. I started with an appliance repair company. They checked the dryer and said everything was okay, but they tested the voltage of the outlet. It was not correct, and they believed the problem was electrical.
