Decided to run out to Henmick Farm & Brewery in the Delaware area to check out Mike's Blackout BBQ. Met with the owner Mike. They have been in business for around 4 years. I ordered the Brisket Sandwich with Macaroni and cheese, smoked cabbage and baked beans. The Macaroni and cheese was a creamy cheese version that was really good.
